Not my purpose to advertise for "senior deals" here, but ... I'm just sayin' ... some restaurants DO have special prices and special senior plates on certain days of the week. Around my neck of the woods, it seems to be mostly Wednesdays and Tuesdays.

BEWARE! You can only order from the regular menu. That would be the one with the regular prices. And don't make my mistake which was thinking that the regular menu was the one the waitress gave me! It always embarrasses me to ask for any special price or any special attention from servers, but it really does pay off in bigger savings.

We're worth it. As the years go by I am certainly and definitely going to continue to feel entitled to perks according to age. If for no other reason than that I remember the days before computers. LOL.

SENIOR'S TECH TIP: When you are moving files from one folder to another, or even into your email, just drag and drop rather than copy/paste. Soooooo much faster and easier.

Flexibility and Mobility

People look at you. They judge. You look as able-bodied as the next, oh--let's say "middle aged person"--and they wonder. They wonder why you can't seem to put up your own Christmas lights from a tall ladder?

They wonder why your allergies are so all-consuming that cutting the grass is much more than a chore. They wonder why you organize your day so that you don't have to go up and down stairs any more than is necessary.

Well, let them wonder! Here's an awesome video that may enhance your flexibility to the point where those people (you just know I meant your adult kids, right?) might just have to rethink their wonderings!

Directions: run through this short routine twice a day. That is all.
